Having difficulty with DHL pickups? You may use Federal Express to return your laboratory specimen to Genova. Here's how:
1. Call your GDX sales representative (1.800.522.4762, ext 727) to get the GDX FedEx account number.
2. Call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).
3. Say “Return a package.”
4. When connected with a FedEx customer service representative, please tell them
• name, phone number, address, zip code
• request driver to bring FedEx air bill (you may use DHL lab pack with FedEx air bill)
5. FedEx will ask for the number of packages and then provide you with your pickup time.
