Patients can receive the discounted patient prepay price by submitting payment with the requisition and test sample, either using a credit card or enclosing a personal check payable to Genova Diagnostics Inc.

Patients who prepay will receive an itemized statement for insurance filing purposes.

Patients on Medicare may be excluded from this payment option. Please refer to the Medicare policy page here.

Direct patient billing is not an option.
