I need a kit ASAP. Can you send it overnight service?

Typically, we ship your test kits to you via Second-Day Air. This helps us reduce the costs associated with completing your tests. If you need a kit delivered to you overnight, we can do so although it is not our standard procedure.

Can you send a kit directly to my patient?

Yes, if you provide us with the patient's name, address, and phone number. We also ask that you send the patient a prescription with diagnosis codes, so the patient can attach it to the requisition form.

Who pays the shipping charges for kits?

Genova Diagnostics pays shipping charges for kits shipped in the United States.

Do you have support staff who can answer questions about laboratory testing?

Yes, we do. Our Customer Support staff is here to help you, your staff, and your patients.

What are your business hours?

How long does it take to receive test results?

Depending on the test, most results are available within seven to ten business days. Call 1-800-522-4762 for information regarding the turn around time on any test.

What carrier do you use for patients to send kits back to Genova Diagnostics?

All tests are shipped to Genova Diagnostics' laboratory through Federal Express.

How long has Genova Diagnostics been in business?

Genova Diagnostics was established in 1986 as Great Smokies Diagnostics Lab before changing its name to Genova Diagnostics in April 2003.
