Testing from Genova Diagnostics Inc. can only be ordered by a supervising health care practitioner as dictated by United States federal law. Health care practitioners can place test kit orders via myGDX accounts using established credentials. Please contact Customer Support at 1.800.522.4762 for more information regarding myGDX.

Genova Diagnostics Inc. provides an Online Bill Payment System for the sole purpose of allowing customers to pay bills for previously rendered and invoiced services. Orders for test kits cannot be placed using the Online Bill Payment System.

Refund Policy
Genova Diagnostics Inc. only charges for services rendered. Refunds for account overpayments will be issued to customers as required. Please contact our Accounts Receivable Business Office at 1.800.522.4762 with any specific questions regarding your invoice.

Payment Methods
Genova Diagnostics Inc. accepts bill payment online by credit cards only. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of your online transaction or shortly thereafter. All billing amounts for Genova Diagnostics Inc. tests are listed in American dollars ($).

Genova Diagnostics Inc. accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping Policy
Test kits are shipped to patients and health care practitioners prior to billing for that test. All test kits referred to on this website have already been delivered to patients after a health care practitioner has ordered our tests.

Other Terms and Conditions
Genova Diagnostics Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Online Bill Payment at anytime. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions on a periodic basis for changes and clarifications.

This is a legal agreement between you and Genova Diagnostics Inc. stating the terms that govern your use of the Online Bill Payment System for Genova Diagnostics Inc. This agreement, together with all updates, additional terms, and all Genova Diagnostics Inc.’s rules and policies, collectively constitute the “Agreement” between you and Genova Diagnostics Inc. To agree to these terms, click “Agree” when processing your bill payment. If you do not agree to these terms, do not click “Agree,” and do not use the Online Bill Payment service. You must accept and abide by these terms as presented to you: changes, additions, or deletions are not acceptable, and Genova Diagnostics Inc. may refuse access to the Online Bill Payment System for noncompliance with any part of this agreement.

1. Definition of the Genova Diagnostics Inc. Online Bill Payment System. Genova Diagnostics Inc. is the provider of the Online Bill Payment System (the “Service”) that permits you to complete the payment process through the online Service under certain terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

   Genova Diagnostics Inc.. is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal and health information while providing valuable and timely education to the medical community and the general public about how to achieve optimal health and well being.
   
   Genova Diagnostics Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Only Genova Diagnostics Inc. employees who need the information to perform a specific task have access to personally identifiable information. 4. Termination
   
   1. Termination by Genova Diagnostics Inc. If you fail, or Genova Diagnostics Inc. suspects that you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this agreement, including but not limited to failure to make payment of fees due, or failure to provide Genova Diagnostics Inc. with a valid credit card or with accurate and complete registration information, Genova Diagnostics Inc. at its sole discretion, without notice to you may: (i) terminate this Agreement and/or your Account, and you will remain liable for all amounts due under your Account up to and including the date of termination; and/or (ii) prevent access to the Online Bill Payment System.
      
      
   2. Termination of Service. Genova Diagnostics Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Online Bill Payment Service at any time with or without notice to you, and Genova Diagnostics Inc. will not be liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such rights.
      
      
5. General Compliance
   The Online Bill Payment Service is controlled and operated by Genova Diagnostics Inc. from its offices in the United States of America. You agree to comply with all local, state and national laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations that apply to your use of the Service.
   
   
6. Changes
   Genova Diagnostics Inc. reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to update, revise, supplement, and otherwise modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional rules, policies, terms, or conditions on your use of the Service. Such updates, revisions, supplements, modifications, and additional rules, policies, terms, and conditions (collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Additional Terms") will be effective immediately and incorporated into this Agreement. Your continued use of the Online Bill Payment System following will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any and all such Additional Terms. All Additional Terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
   
   
7. Miscellaneous
   These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Genova Diagnostics Inc. and govern your use of the Online Bill Payment Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Genova Diagnostics Inc. Genova Diagnostics Inc.'s failure to enforce any right or provisions in these Terms of Service will not constitute a waiver of such provision, or any other provision of these Terms of Service. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect. Genova Diagnostics Inc. will not be responsible for failures to fulfill any obligations due to causes beyond its control.
